Yar, me and my wife also collect weapons. Its a bit of an addiction for me, the tattoo on my neck around to my back is a flail for example.

A friend an I used to make weapons in Junior High school.

Made a flail by melting lead into a mold and attaching to a chain / hilt.

Made a replica of the Masamune from FF7 out of aluminum to exact size, it was so long when you held it out and turned it on its side the blade would bend.
