You pulled a Hasbin on 1 and 2 and went too wide with your aperture. I've read that lenses are only really sharp 1 or 2 stops up from wide open, so even more reason to have faster glass..
I don't like 4 because it reminds me of the never ending struggle I have with high dynamic range subjects. HDR pictures are bad ass, but without a tripod it's hard and makes my head hurt. So, I can just see it wash and the top and shade at the bottom, and that's the only reason I'm saying anything. Someone teach me how to avoid this so I can stop hating. Arrrrrrgh! 3, 5, and 6 are really great pictures.
