Time for a minimum level to roll for Scout

I don't think you should be allowed to roll on scout if you aren't the appropriate level to contribute to the pull, rip or kill. Ideally you shouldn't need a rule to tell you to be considerate and most people bring characters that can help.

Unfortunately we probably need such adjustments made like what was done on Green as there's been low characters taking the piss with "there's no rule." 46+ seems reasonable to me.

The forum doesn't matter at all: it comes down to the people at Scout.

If everyone at the roll agrees (before rolling) to respect the minimum level, then that becomes the rule ... for that roll.

If people keep doing that for X days (the staff has never said what "X" is), it becomes a permanent player agreement.

... or at least, that's how we originally got similar player agreements (eg. Shady/Angry Goblin).

It’s pretty easily tanked even by a 51, for that reason I am more inclined with the suggestion of 46+ (which also nicely aligns with the hardcodes entry gate for planes etc).

Some suggestions:

0. un-written rule, everyone start not helping people lower than 46.
1. Make a new thread with a poll and link it here for people to vote on
2. Everyone make a hotkey or speak about these ideas at every scout roll
3. Share results and this thread with CSR in the blue UN discord server
4. Victory, we can now lose the roll to people above 46!

Make western wastes pvp enabled, but you can only attack people under
Level 46. Problem solved!
