completely oblivious to quill ediqquette or whatever the fuck the camp is i used to level up a druid to 12-14 and take them out to SK all the time and just fuck shit up animal wise for hours on end

From the CSR rulings precedent, stalling a non-mob for a buyer for 5-10 minutes is perfectly reasonable. See the following two quotes from Menden about the "kill in a reasonable amount of time" guideline.

yeah hence the asking if a looter was otw or if he was just being a dick, which wasn't some out of the ballpark thought considering this turbonerd was sending me unsolicited tells for 2 days which if a different infraction than if he continued to stall quill all he had to say was "yes"
