Super respectful choice guys!

Let's just delete half of someone's gear and banked items they camped that were in game because we decided that would be more fair and respectful than letting honest hard working newbs have their cake and eat it to when we left nonclassic pixels in the game from the get go!

And the cherry on top? Lets drop Hate at the same time! Because our excuse for stripping you is integrity to stayin classic, by stealing back your nonclassic pixels on the day we add them to the game!

Seriously? It isn't like I spent any less time camping those items. They were in the game and now instead of being any closer to lambent I am half naked. I wish the GM's had any idea how my stomach felt when I hit character login after coming home from my essential work to excitedly log in and go try to camp a torch for my mage on my bard, only to find out I am half naked and my bank is half empty, but Ivy etched gear is already selling like hotcakes in EC.

Thank you for making a ridiculous decision that actively hosed players and did nothing to benefit the server. The efforts of p99 staff to continually cater to the neckbeards, poopsockers, and zerg guilds while shafting John Q. Newb never ceases to amaze me after countless years of p99 blue, red, and now green.

Ya'll truly outdid yourselves this time though guys. Absolutely brilliant move. Ya got me good! Bravo! I should have seen this one coming!
They are just just temporary material items. But they are pixels too ontop of that..

Who am i kidding. You handled it well. I would have been long banned by now.[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

no, Op is right, it would suck.
and at least i could clearly read his post unlike most others here.

OP, they have done this before, hope that helps.
It's still somewhat our fault tho.

Oh look another thread where a single sentence before-during-after said change would have avoided all issues since this probably isnt the only guy in 2k+ players that this happened too.

lol what a toxic elitist shithole

yeah I seen several posts by other newby plate wearers who logged into missing armor...

Also no clue why Menden came here and posted that only he or Rogaen have the power to remove worn items from characters like that and they wouldn't and I should have petitioned, considering the patch note state as much, and petitioning has confirmed this with guide Medris as well.

...so not only did they fuck a bunch of people, but they are completely oblivious to doing so and when made aware, don't even grasp that they've done so still lmao

I would legitimately be fine with copies of said items which had no value for lambent hand ins. Just shitty to log in naked instead of pretty. I can't show up to an xp party like this!

I was the prettiest bard on the box damnit... now I look a newb

I will rate this thread 1/5 meth blowups. It is only page 7 though.

Come on, OP. Show us what you got!

Yeah this server is not made to please people, it's just a bet that went wrong.
