Going for a different take on this one:

I really want this ring but it was very expensive at ~23K. Now that I look at the wiki price it does just look like a handful of guys selling the ring back and forth to establish a desired price. In a truly free market that tactic is totally fair game and this is nothing new to P99. Even if that’s not happening and these sales are all legit, this thread has delivered reasonably priced alternatives to Djarn’s and a timeframe of when I can expect the price to go down if I decide to buy in the future.
