All evidence currently says no. If they were capable of doing so, they would have created such civilizations long before the transatlantic slave trade even began. By the time North American slavery started, Julius Caesar had already been dead 1500 years. Whites and Asians have been doing big things for a long time.

The only reason slavery even happened is because they were basically standing around naked with spears, unable to defend themselves against people from modern civilizations. They're more primitive, biologically and culturally.

It's not some random coincidence it all turned out this way. It's the 15-30 point IQ gap inherent to their biology. Even if you have an outlier specimen with an IQ of 100+, having it mate with another specimen of 100+ IQ only results in their offspring regressing to the mean average of that race (75-85) as mentioned earlier in this thread.

Wow, way to type the exact opposite of what really happened. The Egyptians and Nubians fought each other for hundreds of years with the Egyptians conquering them over and over. They've got hieroglyphs of the Egyptians using conquered Nubians as slave labor:

In the later years when Egyptian society was collapsing and on it's way out, the Nubians conquered Egypt in 700bc and ruled for 50 years before being overthrown by the Assyrians. So all this "black pharaoh" bullshit is based on the 1% of time that the Nubians conquered Egypt. It's a complete joke.

Much like all African history, 99% of their time was spent as a conquered colony. If someone tries to claim blacks built the pyramids, I guess you could claim being used as slave labor counts.
