As Geezer plays, he often talks to himself, or me, if I am around. I been writing these down, thought you may get a kick out of these.. and him too (one day lol)...
These are from lvl 1 - lvl 5. (PS he is LabBoy in this thread) -

At lvl 2, it was a first, he went to sleep after me. When I went to bed, he was finding his corpse. When I got up he was already up.... finding his corpse. Getting coffee and going into the living room:

Geezer: "Look hun I got you a fur, a wolf one!"
Me: "I need skins, like bear skins."
Geezer: "I'm level 2, no way in hell I'm finding a bear for you right now!"

Me: "Whats stupid?
Geezer": "The wolf!"
Me: "Why?"
Geezer: "Cause he walked up to a guard and got himself killed while I was killing him!"

*5 mins later*
"Again! All that mana wasted. Spiderling ran to the guard. Crazy."

What a daredevil. Hotheaded wizard! You should use Hide all the time. It doesn’t always work, so you have to con something when you turn it on. And it doesn’t hide you from undead.

If you like being a DE, you might want to think about switching over to necro. Wizzies are pretty much meditating, then stand up and nuke the crap out of something, and back to meditating until the next fight.

There is considerably more action playing a necro with all sorts of slows and DOTs, plus you have a kick-ass pet. Necro can solo about anywhere also, whereas wizards are very much group characters.
