Red meat contains lots of iron - that's what makes it red - and it's easy to build up an iron toxicity on the western diet as sugar increases iron absorption and the body has no direct pathway to excrete excess. Iron toxicity is correlated with practically every degenerative Western disease including cancer, heart disease, and Alzheimer's. Women have fewer problems as they lose iron every month, but men over 40 should have a ferritin test and take action if they are over 80ish.

But it can also mean drinking green tea (inhibits iron absorption) or giving blood periodically (like a woman). The only issue is that you need the ferritin test to know how often, because you don't want to develop iron deficiency either.

What was really confusing is I grew up watching straight porn...I mean lots of Tranny stuff too but that's a huge number of straight guys...

It's kind of a relief...modern women are a terrible deal on the whole. I get the impression most of them are just trying to trap guys to essentially work for them with their vagina. I know that's just a fucked up way of looking at it on some level -- but it's how I honestly see it.

The downside is men have higher standards. I'm like a 7 at best in the gay world..but probably a 9 for straight girls. This is because I don't really have abs yet (working on it -- its mostly loose skin at this point) and straight girls don't really care about that as much. That and the total queer types often have big dicks and pretty faces.

The other day I was in Subway and some teen girl like reaches out to me because I looked depressed (red eyes and mumbling...I was stoned as shit at the time). I could tell she was attracted to me. I was laughing my ass off about Juris from Subway all the home.

No one gave a shit about how depressed I looked when I was fat...

Anyway, Daywolf did warn me this would happen if I was liberal and accepting for too long.

I don't find modern women puzzling and I don't find the divorce epidemic puzzling, either.

The real topic of interest to me is how to grow a deep relationship with another human and have it survive the crux of sexlessness which seems to occur for most. It takes a specific type of woman and not all women are matured to the point of being ready for this. Our culture keeps people trapped in an adolescent sexual neverland fantasy for a long time which manifests differently for men and women. However, success still happens. Patriam seems to have some things figured out in this field of fuckling, so I try and listen to that guy.

I can't really add to this. I'm apparently "hot" but also crazy. I have woken to the realization that no relationship will ever attain perfection, but the minute two people stop striving to better themselves and their partners, their relationships die.

On the other hand as a neuter, I find sex and bodily intimacy artificial and disturbing on some level. It always bothered me though. I never enjoyed having sex with women much. I don't know if I could bring the sex to a relationship with a man. It'd be awkward at best.

So trans sex is different than straight sex in many ways. It's not exactly gay or queer guy sex either. I want to explore this a bit more but I'm not really ready to do a public deep dive here. Suffice it to say I deliberately remain chaste and avoid emotional intimacy because I am not sure it's worth it. I'm not against it. I just deeply question what value I bring to that equation and whether it's worth it to engage in these behaviors with others. I don't really need validation. I do enjoy teasing though. I suppose the right person could come along and playfully engage me in intimacy.

But I'm not looking for it. Or needing it. Not sure if I'm marriagable by any standards.

None of this has much bearing on the social issues around marriages and monogamy. It's just my anecdotal experience as a trans women who obsessively posts on p99 about politics and philosophy. So by definition you can't even reliably point to my experiences as an example of average behavior.
