My big fat college roommate used to keep a spray bottle full of melted butter on his desk and occasionally spray it in his mouth while he played games.
I knew he was onto some new health craze.

But instead he's going to come to some forum like this and bitch about his body type, genetics, and childhood. In its partly society's fault for allowing this kind of shit to continue.

This was on pintrest endomorph section:
e790b1184ff8e014e1c85e75b064a7db--jessie-workout-body.jpg As you see, her muscles in her stomach are very big naturally -- it was probably key to her progress. Endomorph women have to deal with a certain amount of BS because even when they are knock outs -- some (usually skinny dude) will claim they are fat. They have wide hyps that keep fat easy. Find guys (or girls) that like that is all I can say. Focus on them -- they think you are way hotter than skinny girls. There is plenty of them that like big curves. Unfortunately, the fashion industry that sell cloths -- which look best on hangers -- doesn't love you as much as those guys. So try to ignore them if you have this body type.

I think a big part of the problem for fatties is also the fact that they do feel this stress and pressure to be in shape. Mentally they will beat themselves up over the fact that they know they should eat better and do this and that, then they get stressed and go back to behaviors that they think will reduce stress. People are notoriously bad at selecting stress relieving activities that actually work and tend to gravitate to ones that do nothing or make it worse (watching tv, drinking, eating, smoking, video games, gambling.)
Best thing to do if you desperately need to lose weight is to make 1 or 2 small changes and stick with them, maybe reevaluate after a few months or year if need be. Something like cutting out all soda/sugary drinks and incorporating a simple workout into your routine, could be something dumb like 10 minutes of walking or even a few minutes a day of meditation. Also don't beat yourself up if you break your diet or forget to exercise one day, because again that shit stresses you then you just say "fuck it I already broke my diet might as well go to popeyes and eat two buckets of fried chicken."
