I'm sure the combat logged was checked and it did show OP "KS'd". It is in quotes because this definition is "first to engage based on the combat log". That is all that is available to staff.

The reason it's taking longer than expected...only certain staff can log on a character to delete the item, and log onto another character and create the item. That staff member is overworked.

So I'm suspect a staff member that is not able to log on your character received the petition, suspended the account, and put it in line for GM assistance.

I just wonder why such a long suspension. More than 7 days for a non-raid mob seems like overkill, or added punishment due to other infractions of the same type.

Don't get me wrong, I still stand by the FREE MALDARIAN movement, But something odd is going on if he is sitting on a month long ban over 1 KS'd mob, regardless it had a magic ring on it.

You know as much as I know, and it appears an AC KS might be the most heinous thing a player can do on this server.

Unless it's a raid target, since that's only a 10 day suspension. Approaching 3 weeks now for an accidental AC KS.

You forgot to add that you can KS numerous times when raiding and receive numerous 10 day suspensions without the penalty ever increasing.

You ca't kill Llandris, his spirit is in all of us no matter where his corporeal body may lie.

Plus you used underhanded ways to kill him, getting help from your halfling minions that stuffed items into his hands and face preventing him from being able to target you properly.
