99% of the people who voted yes are voting for a new server. They don't know about red or care about it. They just want a fresh start.
They'd be fine with red being left as-is and just getting another fresh start.
And the problems we have conjured as a community won't be fixed by a new server, just like they weren't fixed by velious.
