So the new rule is done at 2:30PM EST, 11:30AM PST? This according to the turn-in being done so late correct? Crazy that the turn-in went unchecked for nearly 6 hours. Sorry I cant attend every roll but I'm glad to see people updating the turn-in time and roll time. Keep up the good work guys!

From what I can tell the spawn was around 3 20 AM EST, so roll should be at 3AM EST.
