How do I get my wife into EQ?

Looking to transition a portion wife time into eq time. Any suggestions? Atm wife will only play Mario Cart for limited periods of time. I'm looking to transform her into a poopsocking legbeard champion, or the closest approximation to.

Furthermore, how does everyone deal with wife aggro?
