You have transexuals confused with transvestites. If you like ladies with peepers you like transvestites. If you like ladies with vaginas you like transexuals, or natal biological women.

A transexual is someone who transitions from one sex to the other.

A transvestite is someone who crossdresses and may fetishize.

A transgender person is anyone who doesn't fit into the normal binary spectrum of gender identity and expression.

I think 10% is probably an incorrect # of transexuals who wish to have GRS.

Well I stand corrected, "Some ladies with peepers" fall into the transsexual category and haven't lost their peepers yet or just transition part way, but are not transvestites.

Transvestites, Tranny, and Cross Dresser are all derogatory terms mostly in the transsexual community.

Many transsexuals fit into the gender binary spectrum and are generally indistinguishable from natal women. i.e. for all appearances you can't tell who is a transsexual or not.
