the crown vics top out at 135 if they got a factory freak, but generally 125-130.

Don't know about the mustangs, we don't have them here (I dispatch for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol).

The chargers go 150-155.

You would also be surprised how easy it is to tell what kind of car is speeding by even at those speeds on the interstate. I've done several ride-alongs and it opened my eyes up. Oh, and radar detectors around here will only let you know that you've been cought (we generally don't leave them running constantly). They can work, but it's pretty situational. If you happen to catch a signal while a LE person is clocking someone ahead of you. Some LE persons like to leave their radars on to slow you down.

Rogean, you are quite the rebel...Now, next time you're driving like that, pull out your gatz and start blastin fooz, you know, go GTA on their asses. If you do that, and post a video of it, I will give you 10pp in game. If you throw in an "AUDACITY/AUDACIAN YOU ROOL" at the end of the video, I will make it 20pp, NOW GOFORTH AND SHOOT HOEZ!

All of that to hit 160? Did you run out of RPM?

I hit 161 and still had more but it was night time and visions of deer running out in front of me made me back off.

Driving a 2001 BMW M3. No mods.
Suspension wasnt up to the task, at 150ish the air cushion began to lift the wheels slightly so I backed off at 160. That was actually a scary moment when I knew the tires and suspension just weren't up to the task...because I was stupid and cheap where I SHOULDNT of been. Ah well lesson learned eh? This was probably 7 years ago or so anyways.

Pretty much same deal with me. I dont want to go over 160 till I get suspension. B5 S4's with the same mods i have done got up to around 185-190. Fasted Ive every been was drving 2 different cars R32 Sklyline with a big single GT42R and a twin turbo supra with GT30's. Both making around 1000whp both reached 200, skyline was 203.

Meh. Driving a car fast isn't really impressive. Sit in seat, push pedal, hold wheel straight-ish. Meh.

eh.. It's close to a lot of things.. he could have slapped wreckless driving on there, among others.. but fact is, I was nice to the officer (I always am unless they act like a douchebag off the bat), I was driving in the correct lanes, and I even pulled way over into the grass so we didn't get mowed down by a truck driver that decides to go "ooh pretty".
