The instructions on the raid forum are not correct, as you cannot post on the locked forum in order to Request your guild to be added/accounts added.

I've sent multiple PMs without any response. It's disheartening that we can't get something so simple as forum permissions updated.

The updating of permissions will ultimately benefit the GMs and Guides.
