You got to understand how the music industry works, if he's played out and if he's selling his material he would have a website even a fucking myspace for his work. Also as a musician who plays for the profit posting his material here would probably induce some sales if people liked his shit and don't you fucking lie and say this isn't the case because EVERY artist is a narcissistic twat when it comes to their work and will do shameless self-promotion at the drop of hat if the need arises, (Everybody in the industry does it)

You're so fucking stupid and self-centered, you know that? Who said I sell my material to the public, or even want to? You know, some of us outgrow the desire to be on a stage. I know you can't understand that, being the raging malignant narcissist you are, but I assure you there are plenty of musicians who make a living not on a stage. I play out now for fun, not to get paid, though I do get paid to play out. I advise you not to blow your trust fund, buddy. You're not going to make it in music after you realize you're not going to be famous.

I'm sort of in the first metal camp there, but I prefer melody and harmony to technicality. I don't really care for extremely proggy stuff unless it's still catchy (Symphony X for example as opposed to Spiral Architect). And I hate anything with a "vocalist" instead of an actual singer. Learn to fucking sing or just be instrumental. Growls piss me off to no end, they ruin a lot of bands who would otherwise be really good. See: any decent melodic death metal band for example.

My band is still in development but we're pretty much a Maiden/Helloween/HammerFall/Stratovarius mix, perhaps I'll link some samples when we record our demo so you death/doom/stoner guys can call me a fag.

Honestly I've never been in a band, and the few times I joked around with some friends who had a decent metal band, I always sang in some weird mutated Layne/Danzig combo voice that just didn't go well with the tunes.

Thus why I just grow my hair long and dye my goatee in memory of Dime.

I listen to it 90% of the time, but it's none of that bullshit with screaming, blastbeats, breakdowns, growling, super-low tunings, random atonal riffs, and other shit like that.

It's huge epic bouncy feel-good music.

Who said I'm dead set on being famous? If you've totally missed the point of the shit I play, it's non-mainstream broseph, which means I'm NEVER going to have WMG banging on my door cause I'm the next thing to rock the billboard 100.

Why you haven't posted your material? If you're going to take shots at my music, I deserve the right to criticize your material. You claim I'm a narcissist, but you're the one skirting any form of criticism with the excuse "I only sell to X, and never post my material" which makes you not only seem like a liar but a fucking pussy to boot.

So you can sit here all day playing debate games and claiming what I do, what I play, and what I listen to is terrible and undeserving like a retarded troll. Or you can take this shit at face value post one link to something original you've done and let me and the rest of the forum decide if your hubris is well deserving of such, since you seem to hold a very high opinion that your music is superior to mine, and that my opinions on a genre that you admitted you don't even fucking play are unworthy.
