until we get a definitive answer from the GM's, i will continue to advise good guys members against the use of these skins.

Listen, just because the staff has OK'd certain particle spell effects and other skins doesn't mean thats a blanket ok on EVERY skin enhancement. You guys need to get out of the rule lawyering mode and just think for a second. I really cannot stand people trying to justify doing something based on some other simular yet totally different situation.
