A day or so before launch and there are guilds that have already announced they are no longer accepting applications, or they are only have room for 1 more "druid that may be required to spec resto". Seriously, gtfo.

On the other hand, there are some guild recruitment threads that are promoting a more laid back, come as you are casual atmosphere. Have fun, insult each other, PVE, PVP, it doesn't matter. Play what you want when you want.

Then there are the full on PVP gladiator guilds that stress rankings and premades and not much else.

So you will see a bit of everything I suppose.

I was trying to get my old gang back together but they didn't sound all that interested.

I would love to get in with a P99 guild there. Looking to go Horde but would consider joining the midgets if there is beer and cake.

I'll be there somewhere. The only thing I hate about this era is that the raid gear trumps the pvp gear... so those assholes will be (likely) shit at pvp but the gear will save them :/

Will be stuck on alliance due to wife needing pretty characters. But...most likely will roll undead priest for solo pvp face melting. Though they might not really melt faces for a few patches...been too long.

Ill be rolling a war on ally, she will be priest/pal...not sure what would be best for her to choose for pve and pvp duo.

50/50 on checking this out. Would have liked non-1.12 builds, but I realize that's a tall order. Most of all, I don't think I could go back to an arena-less WoW. Shallow, but I pretty much need a competitive ladder to enjoy online games. I got bored on Feenix pretty quickly.
