My breakfast vegetable of choice is asparagus. Eggs and egg based food (mayo) make me legit sick in anything larger than a tiny portion.

Organic foods are complete bullshit. Just another industry designed to make money by duping an unsuspecting and gullible public. Guess what organic foods still have pesticides used on them.

First off, nobody has claimed pesticides aren't used on organic foods... ever.
Secondly, who the fuck said anything about organic in this thread?

First off, why are you always so angry and pretentious?
Secondly, I wasn't talking to you or about you.
Third, Archalen brought up organics.

Chill the fuck out.

Passionate, yes. Angry? Nah. If I was you'd know, I'd use fuck more than once and I'd toss in some racism to back it up.

Yet another aspect of what makes me me that you've discovered.

His post was dismissing organics actually...

If you do smart meal planning, eating healthy really isn't more expensive, but you do have to cook more.

(Except for organic versus non-organic, but in my opinion you don't need to buy organic food to eat "healthy.")
...you're the one who posted a tirade about how much of a rip off the industry etc. is, and before you backpedal and try to say you were simply agreeing with him, that's simply not the way to go about doing so and you clearly were not.

"Healthy" food is definitely a lot more expensive in Amurika, don't let anyone try to tell you otherwise.

Compare eating fresh fruit every day for breakfast to going through a three dollar box of sugary cereal every two weeks.
Oats cheaper than sugary cereal. And cornflakes/bran flakes.

I disagree fresh fruit is de facto unhealthy; yes fruit is sugary, so having too much of it isn't ideal, but healthy eating is about moderation, not completely cutting sugar/fat out of the diet.

Even cola is healthy in the right circumstances (when you are ill and losing a lot of fluid and crap... best drank flat so it doesn't further aggravate your stomach though).

People who say fresh fruit is unhealthy and have themselves a dietician who really has them nailed down on the perfect diet for their body type/metabolism/etc... fair enough.

People who say fresh fruit is unhealthy as they type at the keyboard eating hot pockets... put the damn hot pockets down and take a step in the right direction [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
