It is a felony to record people across multiple states (and countries) for that reason. If you are all in the same state it is a different story, but you are committing a federal offence.

I'm pretty sure without even bothering to google it, that it's only illegal to record someone without their knowledge. TS gives an announcement when recording begins and it shows ****RECORDING*** next to the guys name.

It also isn't a felony, you can't even use it in a court of law unless both parties knew about the recording. So it doesn't really matter.

First of all we need the actual recording and the proof that that it was used as evidence, which hasn't happened. You will need a p99 staff member to provide the recording that was used.
