We're unwilling to have 0 discretion when it comes to loot. Even in Velious when we move to a true DKP "buy items" type situation, some loot will still be prioritized to certain classes.

By making smart decisions we're better equipped to kill more dragons and get more loot for everyone. I can understand people who have very few items to hand out wanting a super transparent system to govern every action, as getting an item is a rare opportunity. But for us, it just isn't a big deal. You want something you'll get it. You play a ton, you're gonna be BiS geared within 3-4 months. Feel you got passed over unjustly? Wait until next week and get it.

DKP hoarding is terrible for guilds, it puts new people behind more and more compared to hoarders, and it ensures people that join the guild have little to no chance on loot the first months of an expansion.

Does your guild use DKP inflation as my old one did? How exactly does that work? Or do you have people with 50-100+ raids value in DKP, that hardly log on these days, and are just waiting for Verious?

Further, how much loot have you / other members passed to applicants, since it would be a better upgrade for them then for you?

You speak about making smart decisions, so tell me how many of your applicants have gotten CoFs or other BiS items for their class, in order to optimize their raid performance?

Does the system work both ways?

Gearing a potential main in your guild offers more value then gearing an alt, for obvious reasons. How do you guys handle this, do mains always get priority over alts?

part of my espionage in nilly, they began to talk about the forums and eventually my name came up. i lol'd pretty hard when kergan said everything I post on the forums is right... the rest grew silent, one said i was a faggot then they started talking about somebody else.

nah the server has turned into bitterness vs bitterness

new guilds + variance = basically a wipe of the server to a degree.

+/- 72 hours on 7 day spawns
+/-16 hours on 3 day spawns
maybe even +/- 2 hours on 8 hour spawns and +/- 8 hours on 1 day spawns
