You need one person to be on enough with a presence to keep other egos and stupid decisions in check though. There are a lot of people who can help PL and lead raids to help gear up new players but without a guild leader with a strong personality to keep things in check big egos will rise and fuck things up. If a guild leader doesn't play much an officer will start thinking they are bad ass and convince other players with high playing times to join them in another guild.

lite is not a bad guildleader, he's made it this far, he has control of his core, and thats enough. What he needs to do is make the hard decisions, stop trying to appease everyone, and start to dictate this is how it going to be.

He is swayed to easily, by the same tactics he is using right now "i want this or im gone".

Time to cut those toxic entities out of you're guild man.


Edit: time to instruct your guild to find worthly loyal people to PL and gear, 20 of them. you need to relook at your class makeup again and see what you have to much of. Azrael is the superior pvp guild, i have no doubt about that, never have doubted it. But you guys need to get the PVE and structure aspect of you're guild down. You're guild simply cannot start its day WHEN you log on lite. It needs to continiously make gains through the day, you online or not.
