Edit: amazing my terrible memory has found me to Siren's Grotto and through Western Wastes so far without a map, having not gone there in more than 10 years.

Edit 2: These guys are a Velious progression guild and are in ToV right now... time to git busy.

I'm logged in Tov, catch me on some night. Quite literally, the monk is invincible. I'd hoped to do some ramp frequency, ae cast frequency sorta parsing, so your spell stuff is a good compliment.

They're raiding Monday night and I'll be going with them. Might hit you up on off times if mobs are left up by them.

I'll just dump the logs from the fights we do and see if I can get them to all go unanon for a /who before the fight.... I also think they have magelos you can look at or there's some built in SoE armory thing for comparing shit. The great thing is all these guys have 0 AA spent and are in classic gear. One thing I've learned is you can no longer make the "classic" Velium BD bracers etc here from them... so I guess having this set on my old char comes in handy even though I'm sure I could fudge the values with the other gear.

Seems like a real good group of pals, hit up their site and fux around in Velious with us. They will be hitting every raid boss at least once and are a giant faction guild (they kill all npcs).

from those logs it would appear as if the defensive discipline is in need of a buff here as it has proven over the years it hasn't been as useful as it was on live.
