Fucking kid betrayed server rules, made a shit ton of money off elf sim RMT, got a phat whip, betrayed a shit ton of people on the elf sim itself, and the mother fucker couldn't be bothered to buy me a robe of the spring.

He said he earned it all legitimately over the years. If that's the case then I don't see how his RMT hurt the server. Whats the difference between him giving it all away in EC tunnel to noobs or selling it all to noobs? People still get items they're not supposed to have either way. I dunno.

The difference is that it's explicitly against the server rules so as to not drag unwanted attention from SoE and a cease and desist order issued. That's the difference. It's not about who has the pixels. It's about SoE not getting paid for their code and some scumbags are instead.

It's not SOE's code. They rewrote it. Just like other EMU games.

Maybe if you didn't play 6 alts you could have 20k yourself without having to waste real money on it.

This is probably really true, lol. Though I have farmed plenty of my own plat, just after I bought the plat to gear my self.
