Brell was pretty fucking ridiculous. Those splits absolutely crushed, and setting up a healing team that could keep them alive and handle the swaps was very challenging.

I think Creation trial was up there as my favorite win. Really pissed off they nerfed it the day or two before we beat it. We wiped at something like 10% on the final phase the day before it was nerfed.

But alas, that is what happens when your guild only raided 3-4 hours a night compared to the other guilds putting in 6 hour nights all week.

I vaguely remember Ronak raging and calling the raid off at one point until nerf or something because we were regressing after doing it so many fucking times. Man eq was so much fun why did house of Thule and on have to suck?

Don't recall that. But maybe during Fungus Grove when all the other guilds were spam hailing to bypass the hardest part of the raid... Lol exploits.

The introduction of Defiant stuff wasn't tied to any expansion as such, but it was added sometime between launch of SoF and SoD ... and a 1000 curses on whoever decided this was good idea.

Defiant stuff aside then imo SoD was the last truly good expansion. It cleaned up most of the Discord Lore mess created by GoD+OoW and tied it to the events of PoP.

I would definitely play this server. Although they HAD this server, all they had to do was "officially" support accessing it via PC and charge a subscription fee and it would have been sustainable, I would think.

If they're going to use the same code base as live, they may as well lock us at Omens of War... say what you want, but LoY + LDoN + GoD + OoW were great expansions past PoP imo.

I wish they'd bring back Gates of Discord PvP server.

It was a permadeath (either PvE or PvP death set you back to level 1) open PvP server after level 5 that was opened to temporary promote the new expansion. Shit was cash and fun as hell.

Nothing like playing a Barbarian and ganking people in Blackburrow to make them start from level 1.

TLP servers were pretty terrible - its new code with old content, so everything is no where near classic. This wouldnt be any different.... wouldn't be anything like what we have here.
