Yes, and this is the way it works in real life.

If you have 2 people on trial for theft, one with a clean record, and one with multiple convictions, the guy with multiple convictions is going to jail and the guy with a clean record is probably getting a fine.

Not commenting on Tune's situation in particular, but this response by Supreme makes no sense.

Though technically, this and pleabargining are a corruption of the legal system, and once you serve your time, you are supposed to be reinstated into society with the same exact privilege as everyone else.

But our society has been corrupted so your perception of justice seems normal.

But it's not the most technically correct or original ideal that it was meant to be.

Got to admit we've slipped back about 200yrs in this regard.

Is/was Tune a citizen or a citizen on probation?

If Tune was already on probation, did they know they were on probation? And the terms of that probation.

Get Tune unbanned already so the server can at least recover some of the massive integrity loss caused by these random hey-let's-ban-someone-from-nihilum-so-the-opposition-has-a-chance-to-kill-dragons decisions.

Nothing would be better than a strong competition to challenge the duke and have fantastic fights against (gz on xygoz btw, big accomplishment), permabans is just not the way to go, unless players are using cheats/hacks/dupes or other shit that destroys the game environment.
