No one said there weren't good players in Azrael. Basically just a mismanagement in handling the assholes. Perfect example, once again, is when Nizzar doesn't allow people to talk in /ooc. Instead of trying to clean up the mess Azrael needs to prevent it from happening.

Everyone on here realizes it only takes 1 or 2 people to stop you from joining a guild, no matter how nice the others are. There are nice people on both sides, preventing the number of douche bags while also growing your guild as much as possible is a very thin line and tough to do.

Azrael - work more on keeping your scum bags like gangbang in order. Let people know your guild is a fun place to be but at the same time has a mission and won't tolerate people hurting the vision.

in general, people act very immature here and the biggest thing that scares normal people away is how everyone acts.

Which Nizzar u talking about, the one that let Kaylea/Tehruoh back in the guild because Kaylea gave up Mellows account info to be jacked/deleted?

How about Sektor DA training trakanon on a raid, or Nizzar training and getting suspended himself.

Red99 is mostly anything goes, if you got griefed by Gangbang and you're crying for officers to police it then wow - Gangbang seems OK, but he's the bottom of the fucking totem pole of grief.

I would like people to act in a more casual fun style, but it's probably just unrealistic - unless the entire box gets on board with it, or the ruleset is changed to encourage more casual people to enjoy it.

You don't get it, Nihlum vs Azrael has nothing to do with it. I'm talking server politics. How you appear to the new blood coming through. Most good deeds on this server have a hidden agenda. Nihilum plays the political game better. Azreal needs someone smart in their guild.
