Sony tells you Exactly what races are Evil, Neutral & Good right here.

Evil Races = Dark Elf, Ogre, Troll, Iksar

Neutral Races = Erudite, Gnome, Half Elf, Human

Good Races = Barbarian, Dwarf, Halfling, High Elf, Wood Elf

the P99 Devs seem to care a lot about classic & THAT is how classic Everquest splits up the races by alignment.

If it merged to blue you'd have a lot of upset blue players QQ'ing over the extra manastones/fungis etc on sale. Won't happen.
