Then again, coming from Mith Marr, I see NFP as "classic" but I know that it varied by server and so in all likelihood it will remain EC on P99.

On TZ it was Gbay. Direct wiz port there and a Druid port pretty close. Actually has a few banks in the area. As far as faction goes, Gfay has some issues for darks but anyone who does a soulfire is KoS to half of Freeport.
