Srsly though,

When the servers come back up, if you have need of in-game CSRs, please petition one time on the character you need and stay logged in. I foresee a VERY LARGE petition queue. We can only answer them so fast, so be patient. There will be much love that goes around and we will get to everyone we can.

While on the subject, these past few days have been rough on the staff. I apologize for the delay in petition resolves and will be doing work once the servers come back up! See you in game.

The way i see it, live had so many problems after patches, random downtime and crashes, hard to complain about one or 2 on p99 here and there
