The fact this fucking thing has been national news for months is atrocious. Neither party were significant in any way in which people would go "oh hey wow I can't believe this shit it will definitely affect my life forever". I feel for the guys family who have to deal with ignorant backlash from a community whom if it were one of their own wouldn't have said a goddamn thing to the police.

I'm even more mad in the fact that everyone decided to turn into a CourtTV analyst afterwards.
