I dont think its fair his char is banned and another (lol imagine this based on who it is) is not. So, him receiving fair treatment is what I'm interested in and that benefits everyone who the rules apply to here.

The rule is that if you give your information out and get stripped that is your fault.

Ender/Retti was banned for stripping chars in which they had access to. The rule clearly stated this was not against the rules. So the rules were not applied equally/fairly to them.

So now you are saying that the rule should not be applied equally/fairly to someone else.

I will try and make it easier for you to understand. Three people wear a red shirt one day, which is clearly not against the law. Two are arrested for wearing a red shirt and thrown into jail. Now you want the 3rd person to be thrown in jail just because the other two were. When in reality none of them should be in jail.

I its very clear you hate Nizzar and just want to ban him for anything. So I know no talking to you will make you admit this or make you change your mind. But I hope this helps.

On live the rule was no sharing account information, no transferring of accounts to another person. The reason for this was if the character was stripped/deleted they would not help you and it was a customer service nightmare.

No you definitely got banned for doing that. This ogre warrior Goltana quit playing and said so himself on live. He came back months later asking for his gear back. My pal Numlar said no you quit and said you don't care about the gear. GMs banned Numlar and suspended me just for porting him months ago. I know if the gear was restored but this is cold hard fact.
