Loginserver Data Center issue with UDP Outbound packets not being routed correctly, resolved now.

wow! You are tireless! I honestly was not expecting the server to come back up until some time after the thanksgiving weekend(although I was hoping it would be up by Wednesday) I am thinking I might have to up my donation amount [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

it's like you make the atomic bomb (server) and you don't want to let other countries (guilds) have nuclear secrets (under the radar information). it's gm's business and no one else's or else everyone gets nuked. letting Iran or North Korea beta test and keep the successful nukes, makes other countries uncomfortable.

What?! So you mean to tell me that getting from lvl 1 to 20 in 8hrs 55mins last night on PEQ was a one night thing?! Ha! Awesome... Rogean that was crazy fast!... We DDOS secure this round?

Forgive my ignorance, but whats different about this server? I mean, can't someone just DDoS this server again on a whym? With us being able to do nothing about it.

Yes it could be targeted again, but depending on the hosts networking gear/skill it might not matter.

Maybe so, but what other option do we have Wonton? It seems like we either try and hope this person stops (my vote) or we give up entirely. I don't know what has been done to this person that they feel the need to act like this, but I'm sure the problem could be worked out. If it cannot and they won't stop, then I suppose we are left with only the hope that somehow this type of malicious activity can eventually be combated and we can try again later.
