Stass logic: having unlimited play time = winning box.
Guess for EQ PvE that holds true, but he doesn't have the mechanics to be top tier PvPer, he just smart enough about EQ in general to know the OP Classes (main Druid classic + mistwalker, main monk kunark + tstaff, incoming main ranger velious + ws) He's disabled in Canada, he goes to "work" for 4 hours a week and sits on free money for ultimate poopsock, Grats. His counterpart Tune researches exploits well, works 45 minutes a day as a "trainer?" not sure if srs considering his RL pic, fat. Nihilum guild had number advantage since Classic, took a week off work during kunark release to get 60 with exp bonus and used the advantage to bully exp groups to the point of competition still trying to hit 60. You farm VP and dragons while normal humans are at work ad school and they come home to get a few blues of exp in a poorly balanced class comp group to have 3 groups of raid buffed/geared 60s to come zone line camp them until they give up. So successful. Box dead Grats.

But yet he won the last two matches. So it was at least 2/4. How is this possible against such a great champion of eq? Oh ya cuz this game is all about RNG. Keep going around tho proclaiming yourself great at this game tho it makes it easier for me to lol at you. There's about as much skill in this game as there was in the super turbos I made money off of on FTP. My skill gave me maybe a 5% edge which was enough over thousands of games to make me a nice sum of money, but it was just that a 5% edge. Everything else was in the hands of RNG for my hand distribution.
Because of this you'd think people would be pretty chill here fight for lulz etc but since people have this fake mythology of eq pvp in their heads they never engage in a battle where losing is possible. It's why this server has been so blah. Every pvp battle becomes a RL attack with ridiculous amount of trash talking and no one wants to fight.

I don't want to play here because my play time can't match that of Nihilum in quantity and I never wanted to easy mode join the guild that had been farming mobs uncontested for months. Underdog was/is fun, but I can't just log on whenever like most of Nilly can. Elderan was right in that aspect, the team with the most playtime wins, if you can call being guilded with 60% of the active population and only seeing players when you raid winning.
The biggest reason i enjoyed playing here was for the aspurgers shit talk, it makes it fun. The box was fun for a month there, numbers finally even and raid mobs respawning at 7-11pm EST on a day lots could log on to duke it out. Then mid afternoon reset, Nilly playtime and ability to log on whenever won out and killed morale. Oh well, once BotB is over maybe there will be a fun game out.
