So, as a comparison, Visceral is taking the following stance: If a guy tries to sell me your $5000 tv for $300, I'm cool with that. I didn't KNOW he stole it from your home....not for sure. I thought he was just nice. To be honest, I guess you shouldn't have left your door unlocked.

If we didn't eat "attempt" trains, we'd have so many eyes we could just hand those out to wizards instead of earmarking them for necro epic use. If you truly thought Slydexx was in good standing to have that eye, then you're an idiot. Everyone outside of FE, and (based upon the conversations I've had) several of FE's own members, believes you aren't that stupid but rather you advocate theft and turned a blind...EYE.

As an officer, who was trusted to use and hold loot (EPIC loot at that), Slydexx was handed the eye to hold it and use it for the MR/INT/clicky until a necro was ready for it. A noble person would've sought out the other officers to return that tradeable epic loot. Instead, he sat quietly with a plan. Getting fucked wasn't what we expected from him. After several days worth of attempts to get in touch with him, he finally chimed in after the eye was gone.

Now you both know. What will FE's leadership do about this ? Will they refund Slydexx with an eye or will they refund BDA with an eye when they get another one ?

FE owes nobody anything... slydexx stole it from bda, he owes bda just because hes in a top end giuld doesnt mean you have to go after their bank...

turns out visceral has had epic for awhile
Visceral then taunted for stealing an "MQ" from bda to obtain epic
turns out an ex-bda member had an inny eye and gave it to visceral for epic
BDA is mad nobody gave the eye back

So the crux of this entire thread is that someone who left bda gave an item to visc to do his epic and he didn't give it back?
