There is a 25% straight up bonus for everyone, and on top of that there is a 100% bonus starting at level 1 (or maybe it's 98%) that diminishes 2% every level.

I got 4 levels (31-35) on a single pull on my bard at a time when the straight up bonus was 75%

FE killed only Innoruuk today ignoring all other mobs to try and stop the Mighty TMO from killing mobs in VP.
