Ok so I quoted a post showing that Rhak for the shaman epic gates at 20. AKA he made the decision to gate after being past a certain threshhold to do so. There's even a mob from Veksar (not classic I know, don't need to say not classic!) stated that it can gate as early as 30%. This is a mechanic that didn't change bub.

Then you can lots of posts saying how much of a pain mob gate was (none mention percent of course)... if mob (these are trash mobs in sebilis mind you) gate was something they only attempted at 5% or less.. wouldn't it just be a non issue? I could have just casted one draught of fire and nothing would have ever gated.

Keep trying man. NPC gate isn't functioning correctly here, they should have a chance even multiple chances to go for it earlier.

As for the Nilbog comment it wasn't argued that changes weren't classic. It is being argued that only changes are being made to be classic that benefit the only guide on the server with a character. The comment that it is classic doesn't even hold up anymore after all the changes that have been made that aren't classic.

The changes that have been made that aren't classic everyone agrees is a good idea and it has been agreed was an over site during classic (most likely not intended). For instance exploits that lovely used or the various other exp corners that were cut.

This raptors deal is an example of something that was maybe classic but shouldn't have been in. It was changed later in the timeline because that is when it was caught on live. The excuse to change it here is that it is "classic" but this server has been selective when sticking to the "classic" argument.


Many members your guild are linked to cheating and corruption on here or blue. Nihilum has had a track record of exploiting rooting back to day one. Every time it seems like an exploit is revealed it is after Nihilum has used it or shortly after a competing guild starts using it.

Not reading 7 pages of this, however I could not find any information whatsoever on druids charming raptors pre 2002/2003. Everything has them as a quad kite location.

Actually, this server with the exception of one or two things outside of nilbog's control such as exp loss and pvp resists is as close to classic as possible see: compass removal.
