So apparently there was some looting in Philly, and one of the stores that got hit was Lululemon

And I had never heard of that store before, I assumed it was a candy store but I think they sell clothes or whatever. But I remember they were in the news months ago after they fired their employees for just filming looters in Cali

So I half expected the news to read “After the Lululemon store was looted in Philidelphia they responded by firing all their honest employees”

But alas it didn’t. Man that woulda been funny though

All of Trump's NY business certificates were umbrellaed into Tuesday's ruling, that Trump's business documents have been fraudulently obtained. This triggers the nullification of all current licenses that used the relevant asset data.

These are just formal licenses, but it technically means Trump has no legitimate right to operate any of his and his businesses' assets (including private property registered as a business) in NY state. He has to re-apply, and pay fines for not filing accurate data, at the very least.

Classic example of how the law can fuck with you in ways you didn't anticipate. No one is even sure how to implement the ruling. It seems to me that the ruling erased Trump's entire right to any current business holdings in NY. Not by forbidding them or taking them away. Just by saying, essentially, their registrations are all expired or annulled pending review. Trump got mass vacated.

The second order effects of this are gigantic. He can't use these assets in any further business or financing deals. They technically do not exist. As of yesterday. "I want to take a loan out on Trump Tower." "Sir, that asset shows no current ownership. There is no current record of any operating owner."

That's not true but it would be a huge problem with the rule of law if it were.
