So let's make a list of things that are completely RIDICULOUS and NEED TO BE FIXED BY THE START OF SEASON 2. Leave balance issues out of it, as that's more opinion-oriented. Likewise, leave Dominion and Twisted Treeline out of it.

This is about SUMMONER'S RIFT and more specifically ranked matches on that map:

No working chat service. I've been "unable to connect to chat" for more than a week now. Redownloaded and installed the entire client twice. No fixes. RIOT still telling me it's a problem on my end and nobody else is facing similar issues.

Free-week champions being playable in ranked. This needs to end by the start of season 2. It's completely ridiculous. If you don't OWN 14 champs by level 30, then you don't have the gameplay experience to play ranked anyways.

I'd take an entirely separate program/client for the chat service if it actually WORKED>

that's not entirely true, but in HoNs case, 30 people like it as opposed to LoL's 15 mil.

it sold 400,000 copies before going f2p, and that was in an environment where it had to compete with a game that was NEVER worth paying for. =/ if that's a failure for an indie game... ok.
