That’s two issues with Trump, IMO

1. Once you fall out with him, you’re out. It’s like he’s stuck on the show the Apprentice, and when “you’re fired” in his mind, that’s it. And who knows what might be the cause of the falling out. Sometimes it could be minor

2. Once you’re out with Trump, he’ll find anything he can to insult you. He is a pretty decent troll in that way
