Dumb fucks in Australia try to emulate your best retards. Hang Pence for example, some peeps here did just that at our house of parliament. So, you guys are *sometimes* a retarded portent of possibilities here. I'm like a soothsayer! Just watching you!
Exclamation points denote importance!
I feel important and clever doing so.
Don't like it? Cope, I know you will.

Lmao. Sir. You guys rightly so rejected imperialism (we didn't in Australia, much to my personal chagrin) in, what was it 1776 in some "civil war" thingy. Get ya own word gumby.
Sure, a 17 yr old carrying a gun ANYWHERE is a genius plan and rightly so. You guys have ya rules, not for me to say otherwise. Just, 17, running with a gun, defending himself, deciding what to do and when. Perfect. Storm.
Don't shoot him in the face as punishment. But what. Call it a hero.
You rejected Sir's so that's out. Just stop it!
The red coats are coming!

Apparently someone was killed with a skateboard to the head recently in a Starbucks. It's not a super popular news article tho I guess. Nor will that trial be televised streamed likely.

In general, it's a bad idea to piss off adrenaline junkies who carry clubs.

It is. Fucking PTSD triggered all the damn time. Have you any idea what it feels like to be hypervigilint and constantly in fight or flight to the point where you are using crisis management DBT skills, isolation, and mindfulness because everyone is fucking outa control? And if you bat an eye wrong someone fucking attacks you, then the fucking police get called because you reacted reflexively to protect yourself.

It's impossible to tell exactly what will set these smooth smelly, strange shouting, and blinking hominids off.

It's absolutely fucking insane.

No. No, I do not. I'm sorry if that's your everyday experience. That's gotta be so hard. In this case, it seems like a 50yo hominid went full on aggressive crazy picking fights with strangers and he choose a skateboarder out with his girlfriend.

Not surprised. See what I mean.

Hope the skateboarder doesn't go to hell. Man-made or otherwise. I don't think he needs a public trial on social media either.

Apparently Rosenbaum was screaming at people to kill him and moving aggressively on everyone. Wasn't just Kyle. And there where more warning shots fired just prior to Kyle reacting to the aggressive psychopath.

(Yes, Kyle SHOULD not have been there, I doubt he went with intent to kill or use his weapon. Although you should be prepared to use your weapon if you open carry it is asking for psychos to find you.)

The real point being.

Being on the ground is life threatening.
Skateboards are lethally dangerous.
A grown man (or woman) who is out of control and threatening everyone around him will not stop themself to do CPR and check if you're breathing after they kick or slam or bash you into unconsciousness.

the opportunity to safely withdrawl is a big deal

i dunno the circumstances, i don't care to look them up or read someone's half assed explanation.

but that alone could push a juror's mind the wrong way, its always a solid point in any self defense case.

In the eyes of the law, simply standing your ground is unlawful, if you do have a safe means of egress.

Unless you live in texas. God Bless Texas!
