When Trainquish cheats and are not punished people get disgusted. This is why allowing cheating is harmful, it reduces competition.

Explain to me how Riot increasing dkp for fte decreases the skill of Trainquish players.

People observed Trainquish not trying to win race 21.

I hope you never bid on horse races. The odds aren't 1 in 8 just because there's 8 horses.
