Joker movie and new Batman movie are designed to encourage this behavior. Not sure why but it was the main point of the joker movie which I didn’t see and the main point of the newest Batman movie that I did see.

Christopher Nolan movies are also generally playbooks for how to do acts of terror with methodologies and rationale.
