I'm going to go ahead and challenge Pyrocat's claim to first level 50 Troll. I don't know with certainty and can't prove it, but I'm fairly sure I was the first Troll to 50 and the second shaman. Perhaps other old schoolers have a better memory than I.

You me and Helnam all hit 50 around the same time, I honestly don't remember which of us was the first 50 Troll. Do you have any screenshots with dates?

edit: found some screenshots, looks like Helnam hit 50 by a large margin before us, too bad Galahad has him beat for first 50 barbarian anyway. I'll keep looking.
