Awakened started a Ring war last week, just a few minutes before the 24 hours was due to expire when a rotation guild was about to start it.

I would agree that waiting a few minutes past the 24 hour mark would be construed as trying to angle a technicality, but 12 hours after the window expires during a prime time EQ weekend is not a few minutes. Truth be known, Breaken had a bone to pick, and needed an excuse. You all were in PoG doing your thing and heaven forbid you guys could not poach another ring war.

Short term I am sure some folks in awakened are pounding their chest with all the VP dragons they got. Long term you probable went from 3 AoW kills a month to maybe one. Kudos on smart leadership making informed decisions.

Been breathing for months.

I was 3-boxing Velketor's the other day. Got some solid exp. Before that I spent a little bit figuring out a strategy to 3-box Keldor in Kael. Was some good fun. Especially when your charmable dog pet wields weapons.

Also I did some grouping in Paludal Caverns on a Druid. Man was it boring but also hilarious to see how OP people are at that level with Fungi tunics. The dynamics are really weird with groups too, you just invite everyone because there's no penalty to do so. I think we had War, Ranger, Beast x3, Druid for a solid part of the night. I even saved a Beastlord from purple club at one point!

Sometimes you just need to re-immerse yourself by rerolling on a different server with a different culture/rule set and figure things out again. It's fun.

Just think when you are playing golf, and the group of 4 in front of you who suck at golf are taking waaaaaay to long to play the course. And will not let people who have the skill to play on that course play through. That's what is happening with ring wars.

The people that suck and do let people play through still get to play at their own pace and style of play...

Yep, if only there were a way. For each instance of play to be separate so they may each go at their own pace. Instances perhaps we will call them...

Really rotations are always going to sink on this server unless mandated with a ban hammer. If you don't like the pace or style dictated by those who put in the most time, tough luck until that ban hammer comes out.

But there are servers out there that do favor such differing play styles. P99 unfortunately isn't one of them.

Awakened, AM/Rustle/guild xyz, CSG

Seems reasonable. Considering it took 36hrs over a weekend, waiting until orime time, to muster an adequate force this should work out fantastically.

That looks to be a great rotation compromise. AM/Rustle share rotation.
