As I got older I slowly accepted that Bill Maher is just a moderate Republican that cares about the environment. His primary function is to make city elites think they are far more advanced and better people for voting Democrat that rural Republican voters. Kind of a joke and he smoked himself too stupid to know it.

Seriously the guy is not that bright. Maybe he was at 25, but I think 40 years of smoking pot everyday shows. His ability to articulate and regulate emotion are clearly lower than they would have been.

He was never bright, but I did find him funny on occasion. The problem is as he aged I couldn't overlook how big his nose is. Something about his face makes me want to hit a heavy bag for an hour after I see it

I'd say he's about as centrist as they come. Him and sam Harris are only "republican" in that they're strangely pro intervention. I can't stand either of those two
