I was just wondering if the court is gonna be pissed at DBG for trying to show quotes of players saying they will never play DBG game again (from the context of the lawsuit being repulsive to them) but instead in the context that they just like THJ more.

Daybreak just brought in an extremely high-powered lawyer who specializes in these IP cases. She doesn't take cases she is going to lose. Now that she's on the case, it is far less likely that DBG settles out of court. In the event they do, it's going to be heavily skewed in favor of DBG.

Yeah because this is an open and shut case if DBG wants it to be. It's their IP. They can enforce this if they choose.

the result was always going to be in favor daybreak, even if they never hired lawyers and represented themselves
