TLDR: Cops are more likely to "rough up" non-white suspects, but also slightly more likely to shoot white suspects under the same circumstances.

It's a silly argument though. Yes there are obviously individual racists within the police and the court system, and that includes people who are racist against whites. Or just biased in other ways (current ridiculous trump prosecutions).
